Summary

This study aims to investigate the consumption patterns of medicinal cuisine among consumers in Gyeongju to provide basic data for product development as a tourism resource. Survey results indicated significant differences in the attributes of medicinal cuisine selection based on gender, marital status, age, education level, and occupation. Based on these findings, medicinal cuisine restaurants in Gyeongju should offer diverse menus and services and emphasize their expertise.
