Summary

This study phenomenologically analyzed the experiences of sisters who have a sexual violence survivor, revealing that the sisters experience psychological shock, changes in family relationships, and confusion about self-existence, but strive to help the victimized sister and achieve self-growth. Additionally, the sisters were found to feel ambivalent emotions, seek to establish the legitimacy of their own existence, and desire self-healing and growth through professional help.
