Summary

This study analyzed the satisfaction of Chinese and Japanese visitors with Korean restaurants based on their food-related lifestyles, surveying 403 visitors with experience dining at Korean restaurants. The results showed that food-related lifestyles were categorized into three factors: eat-out preference, health preference, and taste preference, while satisfaction with Korean restaurants was categorized into hygiene and service, menu, and food quality. Chinese consumers showed higher interest in the food itself, while Japanese consumers showed higher interest in health, and Chinese consumers valued service more, while Japanese consumers valued serving size, price, and nutrition more.
