Summary

This study empirically analyzed the positive impact of restaurant blog credibility on word-of-mouth through mediating variables of perceived benefits and perceived risk among dining consumers. Blog credibility increases perceived benefits and decreases perceived risk, and it was confirmed that perceived benefits are a key variable in online word-of-mouth.
