Summary

This study analyzed the cultivation environment factors affecting the anthocyanin content of colored potatoes ‘Hongyoung’ and ‘Jayoung’. The results showed that colored potatoes with high anthocyanin content were produced in high-altitude areas with low soil pH and low average and minimum temperatures 80-100 days after sowing.
