아파트 단지 경로당의 운영실태와 요구도 분석을 통한 계획 방향 연구
This study aims to provide useful resources for planning to prepare for the aging population by investigating the architectural characteristics, operating systems, and needs of elderly people regarding community centers located near apartment complexes. Field research, interviews, and surveys were conducted in two apartment complexes in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to analyze differences in program needs for leisure activities and revitalization plans for the community centers. The results are expected to serve as basic data for improving existing community centers and establishing appropriate management methods and spatial plans to meet the increasing needs of facilities and programs for the elderly in apartment complexes.
