Summary

This study analyzed the impact of selection attributes of dessert cafe customers on relationship quality and behavioral intention. The survey results showed that selection attributes significantly influenced relationship quality and behavioral intention, and three factors were derived through factor analysis. These findings can be utilized in establishing marketing strategies for dessert cafes.
