Summary

This study aims to propose ways to improve service and product quality in the growing coffee shop market with increasing consumer demand. Utilizing the SERVQUAL model and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique, the research identifies customer requirements and derives quality improvement strategies by analyzing the market competitiveness of three coffee shops.
