Summary

This study re-examines the flow of aesthetic education and examines the Lincoln Center Institute's educational method based on the philosophy of Maxine Greene to expand the possibilities of museum education. While existing art education focused on creation techniques and art history, aesthetic education emphasizes the connection between art and life and values the viewer's experience. This perspective of aesthetic education can serve as a theoretical basis for museum education.
