Summary

This study analyzed the effect of logistics function excellence on performance for SMEs in Busan and Gyeongnam, and examined the mediating effect of outsourcing strategy. The results showed that excellence in logistics center and inventory management functions positively impacted performance, and the outsourcing strategy also significantly influenced performance. However, the outsourcing strategy did not demonstrate a significant mediating effect between logistics function and performance.
