This study aims to analyze the difference in the importance recognition of logistics competence between shippers and logistics companies, and to establish development strategies for each company type in the competitive structure between 2PL and 3PL companies. A survey was conducted on electronic manufacturing companies to identify the important competencies in logistics operations, and the AHP method was used to analyze the impact on the selection of logistics companies.
