Summary

This study analyzed corporate apology announcements in terms of their form and content. The titles were mainly composed of sentence types, and expressions of gratitude, requests for understanding, and apologies were used. In terms of content, clarifying the cause and responsibility of the problem, the reason for the apology and direct apology expressions, and measures to prevent recurrence are important, and many companies tended to use general expressions rather than specific measures.
