Summary

This study analyzed the effect of perfectionism (self-oriented, other-oriented, socially prescribed) on test anxiety, mediated by self-regulated learning, among high school students, considering school type (special purpose high school, general high school). The results showed that perfectionism significantly influenced both self-regulated learning and test anxiety, and self-regulated learning mediated the impact of perfectionism on test anxiety. No significant difference in the mediation effect was found across school types.
