Summary

This study analyzed the acquisition of Korean single vowel pronunciation by Chinese female learners at each learning stage. The acquisition patterns of beginner learners were discussed based on previous research, and specific acquisition patterns and problems were presented through speech production data analysis of intermediate and advanced learners. The results showed specific pronunciation features of certain vowels (/eo/, /o/, etc.), the phenomenon of high vowel elevation, and changes in the pronunciation of /e/ and /ae/, providing basic data that can be used in pronunciation instruction for Chinese-speaking learners.
