Summary

This study aims to investigate the operation status of multicultural arts programs and to propose ways to establish an effective program support system. A survey of cultural facilities and immigration-related organizations nationwide revealed that most institutions operate multicultural programs, with the main target being marriage migrants and their children. To revitalize the programs, specialization by institutional type, expansion of budget and organization, and training of program experts are necessary.
