Summary

This study reveals that work-family conflict levels and coping strategies differ among female workers based on their job status, and that workplace resources are effective in reducing work-family conflict for professional and administrative workers but not for technical and manual workers. Furthermore, the spouse's housework time did not contribute to reducing work-family conflict regardless of job status.
