Summary

This study investigated the causal relationships among corporate culture, organizational citizenship behavior, performance measurement characteristics, and business performance. The analysis revealed that family culture, developmental culture, and rational culture positively influence performance measurement characteristics, while developmental culture and hierarchical culture positively influence individual-level citizenship behavior. Furthermore, family culture and developmental culture affect performance measurement characteristics through organizational-level citizenship behavior, and organizational-level citizenship behavior improves financial performance by improving performance measurement characteristics and non-financial performance.
