Summary

This study aims to develop an indicator system for strengthening the innovation capacity of local governments in Korea. To enhance performance through cooperation among innovation stakeholders in local governments and strengthen capacity, evaluation indicators are developed, and an analysis model is presented with internal capacity (human, structural) and external capacity (citizen groups, socio-cultural factors).
