This study diagnoses the current state and gaps in the public-private cooperation system for supporting single mothers in poverty and explores policy considerations for forming an efficient service delivery system. Survey results revealed a lack of public-private cooperation and inter-agency networks, as well as a significant gap in perceptions between public sector and private organization staff regarding poverty reduction for single mothers. It is necessary to seek policy solutions to resolve these perceptual differences and enhance service delivery effectiveness.
