Summary

This study analyzed the differences in work-family balance perception among groups, surveying 1,490 adults in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area. The results indicated that women, especially single-income women, those in their 20s, individuals with one child, regular employees, workers in companies with 300-900 employees, and those in the service industry experienced difficulties in work-family balance. These findings suggest the need for tailored policies to address work-family balance issues.
