Summary

This study aimed to identify the most sensitive skull location for speech perception via a bone vibrator under noisy conditions and to compare the effectiveness of various hearing protection methods. The results showed that the condyle area was the most sensitive, and the combination of ear form and ear muff provided the highest level of hearing protection. Furthermore, the lowest hearing threshold was observed when exposed to noise from a 90-degree direction.
