Summary

This study re-examined the impact of company size on the employment rate of people with disabilities, considering the interaction between company size and industry type. The analysis revealed that company size did not significantly affect the employment rate for companies with 100 or more regular employees, and factors such as work environment, assistance for employing people with disabilities, consideration for disabilities, and awareness of systems/policies were more important.
