This study compared the relationship between discrimination, depression, and self-esteem on the career identity development of multicultural mid-entry adolescents with non-low-income and low-income adolescents with Korean parents. The results showed that mid-entry adolescents had higher levels of depression and lower self-esteem compared to non-low-income adolescents, and discrimination experience significantly influenced career identity. These findings provide practical implications for the career development of mid-entry adolescents.
