Summary

This study aimed to develop and validate a scale for professional competence factors of agricultural teachers. Through literature review and preliminary/main surveys, a 53-item scale consisting of five factors (qualities and attitudes, curriculum instruction, self-development effort, life guidance, classroom management) was developed, and its content and construct validity were verified to align with the job duties of agricultural teachers.
