This study explored the effects of a massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) on the English skills of elementary school students and aimed to find implications for elementary English education. The results showed that the experimental group, which utilized the MMORPG, achieved higher scores in speaking, reading, and writing compared to the control group, with significant improvements in concentration, presentation skills, and accuracy.
