Summary

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the success of CMC-based English learning from the learners’ perspective. Factor analysis revealed that variables related to learner characteristics, environment, instructors, learning activities, and psychological support influence the success of CMC-based English learning. Notably, variables related to learning activities and instructors strongly influence student satisfaction.
