This study diagnosed the problems of the university farm settlement education program, which aims to promote the entry of agricultural university graduates into startup farming, and established a mid- to long-term development plan for systematic and effective professional workforce development. Through current status analysis, needs analysis, and analysis of domestic and international best practices, four basic directions, 14 projects, and 34 sub-projects were proposed. The proposed projects include improving operational efficiency, providing demand-oriented education programs, supporting farm settlement, and supporting faculty.
