Summary

This study comparatively analyzed the work environment factors influencing job attachment and intention to quit among elderly care workers in Korea and Japan. The results revealed that the job itself significantly impacted job attachment and intention to quit in both countries, while factors such as growth potential, company policy, interpersonal relationships, working conditions, and job security showed additional influences depending on the country.
