Summary

This study analyzed the efficiency of agricultural education and training programs of the Rural Development Administration using DEA and Tobit model. The technical efficiency of programs for agricultural extension workers was 0.83, and for farmers was 0.62, indicating room for improvement. Input budget, input time, and the number of instructors were identified as important variables for improving efficiency.
