Summary

This study investigated the effectiveness of utilizing Twitter on improving university students’ English writing abilities. The results showed that the group using Twitter for writing activities demonstrated significantly greater improvements in writing ability compared to the group using traditional methods. However, the questionnaire results indicated that students generally held negative attitudes towards writing activities using Twitter, potentially due to unfamiliarity with the learning activity presentations.
