Summary

This study analyzed the differences and influencing factors of marital satisfaction based on women's employment status. The results showed that housework sharing satisfaction, husband's support, marital relationship, and work-family conflict significantly impacted marital satisfaction. In particular, weekend housework sharing and work-family interference had a significant impact on marital satisfaction, and the effect of husband's support differed depending on employment status.
