Summary

This study investigated the relationships among career development competency, career exploration behavior, and university career development support for graduating college students. The results showed that the career development competency of the students was average or above, but job search skills and career exploration behavior were insufficient. Students perceived that universities provided some support for job preparation but lacked support for field experience. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation was found between career development competency, career exploration behavior, and university career development support.
