Summary

This study utilized Q-methodology to identify and analyze the subjective perceptions of service quality preferred by elderly individuals utilizing day and night care centers. The results revealed three types: ‘quick service type’, ‘motherly care type’, and ‘Popeye type’, each prioritizing speed of service, emotional support, and physical health/safety, respectively.
