항만물류보안관리 시스템의 체계화 및 일원화 방안
This study proposes a plan for systematization and unification of the port logistics security management system, considering the importance of port import and export logistics. Efficient management of logistics security brings positive effects such as reducing cargo theft and improving visibility, but confusion and inefficient operation are expected due to the reorganization of the government organization. Therefore, the establishment of a unified system by transportation mode and section and the revision of laws and regulations are necessary, and the enactment of the ‘Act on Port Logistics Safety and Security’ can contribute to the development of the port logistics industry and the enhancement of international competitiveness.
