Summary

This study analyzed whether S-OJT activities in the workplace are based on Kolb's experiential learning process and how they can be transformed. Survey results showed that S-OJT activities manifested in three modified forms in addition to Kolb's model, with high mutual influence between concrete experience and reflective observation, and abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. Based on these findings, practical implications for effective S-OJT activities were proposed.
