Summary

This study analyzes the working conditions and organizational climate that influence the professional identity of nursing care workers, aiming to improve their work environment and provide recommendations for the stable establishment of the long-term care service system. The results showed that nursing care workers perceived low financial compensation and poor physical environment, and role ambiguity, workload, coworker relationship, and organizational clarity significantly affected their professional identity.
