Summary

This study aims to identify the association between customer experiential value of hotel restaurants and customers' demographic characteristics using two-step cluster analysis with data collected from five-star hotels in Seoul. The analysis revealed four underlying dimensions of customer experiential value and resulted in the derivation of three distinct clusters.
