Summary

This study investigates the impact of coffee shop selection attributes on customer satisfaction and the moderating effect of perceived service quality. Based on a survey of 247 university students, the results indicated that all five selection attributes – physical environment, human service, studying environment, accessibility, and brand perception – significantly influenced customer satisfaction. Notably, for those with lower perceived service quality, all attributes except the physical environment did not significantly affect customer satisfaction.
