Summary

This study is a qualitative research on the formation process of helping and caring soldiers serving in an infantry regiment, collecting data through unstructured interviews, field observations, and document records, and applying a grounded theory approach. The results showed that the formation process of soldiers consists of inhibition and latency, conflict accumulation, confusion and overlap, impulsive behavior, and change stage. This provides a framework for understanding the experiential phenomenon and formation process of helping and caring soldiers.
