Summary

This study evaluated health service delivery and attitudes toward multicultural clients among Community Health Practitioners (CHPs). The results showed that awareness of multiculturalism varied significantly by age and language ability, and service utilization differed based on the location of community health centers in areas such as postpartum and neonatal care, health education programs, and chronic disease management. The need for developing educational programs to enhance multicultural understanding among CHPs was confirmed.
