Summary

This study explores the service quality factors influencing continued platform usage intention to maintain customer engagement. Internet platform service quality consists of 10 dimensions, including reliability, system availability, and ease of use, and their importance varies depending on the characteristics of the social network. Specifically, friendship networks prioritize ease of use, information-sharing networks prioritize reputation, and hybrid networks prioritize enjoyment.
