Summary

This study aims to solve the problems of beginner-level Chinese education by utilizing smartphone technology in the context of universities showing a lack of interest in improving educational conditions due to financial difficulties. A survey was conducted with 306 students and 15 professors to analyze their perceptions of Chinese learning using smart devices and the current status of technology-embedded education. The study explores potential solutions through new collaboration efforts among University of Ulsan, Busan University of Foreign Studies, and Changshin University.
