Summary

This study aimed to identify the psychosocial difficulties experienced by secondary school teachers with visual and physical disabilities through a phenomenological analysis of their teaching experiences. The results showed that these teachers experienced various challenges in physical, administrative, teaching-learning environments, and relationships, including feelings of frustration, depression, confidence and inferiority, and communication difficulties. These findings provide basic data for understanding the teaching experiences of teachers with disabilities and developing effective support measures.
