Summary

This study aims for the optimal design of the supporting frame in a twist screen, utilizing upper plate and bracket thickness as design variables to propose and verify a method for improving product quality, reducing costs, and minimizing physical testing. The optimal design resulted in a maximum 25.8% reduction in the weight of the supporting frame compared to the current twist screen.
