Summary

This study examined the influence of perception of election poll bandwagon effect on attitudes toward media publication restrictions through the third-person effect, importance of electability, and strategic voting. The results showed that perception of the bandwagon effect positively influenced strategic voting through the importance of electability and the third-person effect, and strategic voting negatively influenced support for media publication restrictions.
