Summary

This study analyzed the effect of a job competency program for people with disabilities on improving job search self-efficacy and job retention intention by overcoming career barriers. The results showed positive effects on improving interpersonal skills and job information search ability, and improvement in interpersonal skills also influenced job retention intention.
