Summary

This study investigated the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of Samultang in a formalin-induced facial pain model. Samultang administration reduced facial pain behavior, inhibited the expression of inflammatory mediators p38 MAPK and iNOS, and exhibited antioxidant activity through NOX4 regulation.
