Summary

This study investigated the effect of task-oriented activity on improving hand function in patients with hand injuries. The results showed that the task-oriented activity group demonstrated significant improvements in most hand function assessments, including grip strength, pinch strength, thumb opposition, finger abduction range, Purdue pegboard test, and DASH, and was particularly more effective than the control group in fingertip grasp, lateral grasp, and tripod grasp.
