This study explored the development direction of Indonesian Korean Studies by reviewing the concept of Korean Studies, global trends, and existing research, and analyzing local survey results. The survey results indicated the urgent need for systematic support for expanding education at all levels, developing curricula, training professional personnel, and developing textbooks and teaching methods, as well as increasing bilateral exchange and cooperation.
