Summary

This study constructed a structural model to predict the size of the content industry considering macroeconomic factors and analyzed the policy effects of key variables. The empirical analysis revealed that domestic demand for the content industry increases with GDP growth, advertising sales, mobile usage, and copyright registration, while exports are influenced by global content industry sales and exchange rates. Based on these findings, the necessity of establishing content industry policies considering macroeconomic and global market conditions was confirmed.
